PSA And SGC Bulk Submission Levels - Which is Better?

PSA and SGC have recently announced lower submission prices. PSA's turnaround time for their $18 economy level is currently estimated to be around 120 days, whereas SGC's $18 bulk service subs have been coming back in a week or two based on the results I have seen lately. Now the question more becomes which service should you use? If you're looking to get something that will potentially go down in the coming months slabbed up to flip in the short term, SGC would be a solid option for that. If you have cards that you feel confident could maintain their value or go up between now and their estimated grading completion time, then PSA feels more like the better option when it comes to the post grade value of the card. I would probably only send cards in the $25-$100 range on the $18 service level. Otherwise I would consider jumping up in service levels for stuff that is a higher value in order to get it in sooner.
